KW Empower is a thriving real estate brokerage in the Greater Philadelphia area, known for its collaborative culture, top-performing agents, and local market impact. Lacking a consistent in‑house marketing team, the brokerage sought a partner to elevate its digital presence and support agent engagement through high‑quality content and communications.
Summary
What started as a part‑time social media role in 2022 quickly grew into a full‑time marketing partnership. I manage and create all content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok—building a combined following of over 11,000+. I developed their email marketing program from scratch: designing branded newsletter templates and sending weekly emails to more than 5,500 subscribers. I also craft event graphics, flyers, promotional videos, and other materials to support brokerage events, recruitment, and agent recognition.
Challenge
KW Empower needed a unified marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, support agents, and foster community connection—both online and offline. Without dedicated resources, content was inconsistent and lacked strategic alignment, which limited their ability to engage effectively with both agents and potential clients.
Solutions
Over the past two years, I built a comprehensive marketing framework tailored to KW Empower’s goals. This included establishing a cohesive social media voice and aesthetic, launching a high-performing weekly email campaign, and delivering creative support for events and promotional initiatives. My work streamlined communications, increased digital engagement, and strengthened agent morale—all while reinforcing KW Empower’s position as a standout office in the region.
